OMXUS: Universal Identity Token
One human. One token. Vouched by humans.
OMXUS is universal identity without authorities. No government. No corporation. Just cryptography and 3 people who physically met you.
The Core Idea
Every OMXUS token requires exactly 3 vouches from existing token holders who have met you in person. This creates a cryptographic chain of human verification that is:
- Sybil-resistant: You can't fake 3 people meeting you
- Decentralized: No central authority decides who is human
- Self-enforcing: Social pressure makes refusal undefensible
Quick Start
# Run the prototype
cd /path/to/omxus
python3 omxus.py demoThe Kicker
Try explaining why you refuse to vouch for someone you know without sounding terrible:
- "I won't verify this person I've met exists"
- "I refuse to stake my reputation on people I know"
- "My convenience matters more than their identity"
No legislation needed. No enforcement authority. Just the social impossibility of refusing empathy.
